Shipping policy

Free GTA Delivery on Orders $150+

We offer free delivery across the Greater Toronto Area, including Durham Region, on orders of $150 or more. Orders under $150 are charged a delivery fee, confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Delivery areas: Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Bowmanville, Courtice, Brooklin, Port Perry, Scarborough, downtown Toronto and Markham. Delivery outside the GTA, including the Kingston area, is quoted on request — please contact us before ordering and we will confirm the delivery cost.

Processing time: 48 hours. Orders placed before 2 p.m. ship the same business day.

Delivery time: within 72 hours; most GTA deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to re-arrange it, and any extra delivery cost may be charged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us right away at info@wsrcanada.ca or (647) 620-3429 with your order number and photos, and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for full return terms.
